hfsplus mounts rw, but won't write

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – This Mac-compatible drive auto-mounts when connected to Fedora 10 system, and 'mount' reports it as 'rw'. However, if I try to write to it, I'm told 'Read-only file system' (Manually mount produces the same behavior.) === sample terminal session === [root@ThinkCentre /]# [root@ThinkCentre /]# mkdir /apple [root@ThinkCentre /]# mount -t hfsplus /dev/sdh3 /apple [root@ThinkCentre /]# mount # #### lots of other mount lines deleted #### # /dev/sdh3 on /apple type hfsplus (rw) [root@ThinkCentre /]# cd /apple [root@ThinkCentre apple]# cat > foo.txt bash: foo.txt: Read-only file system [root@ThinkCentre apple]# --- end of terminal session --- Can this be made to work? (The drive is pretty useless for my purpose if I can't write to it; I'm sharing a project across Mac-Linux platforms. The 'solution' of using FAT32 isn't where I need to go.) Thanks! (HowTos)
