I am having trouble with LC Circuits. It is my understanding, and correct me if I'm wrong, that RLC Circuits include the resistor in order for the oscillation to die eventually, while LC Circuits can in theory and in perfect lossless conditions live forever.

Hey guys i am learning how to use multisim in my circuits class and i need some help on some HW i was given.

I need to design a unity gain amplifier for a sample and hold circuit. I've decided to use the circuit shown in the attachment. Now I know the gain = 0.5(Gm2*R1)[(Gm3*R2)/(1 + Gm3*R2)]. The 2N7000 has a Gm of 0.1, so that gets me the values of R1 and R2. I don't know if these are good values to use. Components Q1, M1, R3, and R4 comprise the bias current source.

I was hoping that someone might be able to help me with this problem because I have spent about a week without success. I am in search of a library that has been created in JAVA that can be utilized to solve for roots of a nonlinear system of equations. Each equation has 2 variables, x and y, and will need a library that uses higher calculus equations.

I'm working on an autonomous nonlinear system as shown in the pic, unfortunately i don't know how to work with matlab .. I tried to get it done myself but I couldn't reach to a solution on how to plot x1 vs x2.

assuming initial condition
x1(0) = -1
x2(0) = 2

I'm trying to plot x2 versus x1? and x1(t) vs time?

Can anyone suggest or help me how to convert the circuit with one touch plate only, Using the same components? I'm still new to electronics, and i just understand a little bit on this circuits and functions of each components. BTW im using 3-9 V, is it OK ryt?

Hi guys! Hope all is well with everyone. I had a question regarding design of circuits.
Lets take an example of a ready made 4 bit down counter that you could buy online. We all know that it employs flip flops with a ton of gates etc. Now let us say i try to design the same kind of counter from scratch using a truth table , karanaugh map etc .

I'm very new to electronics and am playing around with different combinations of resistors and LEDs trying to master the concepts behind series and parallel circuits.
