All these threads below are asking the same thing, "What's the best", and the general consensus is that there isn't a "best", it's all about personal preference.
I am thinking about rooting my Xperia P, but firstly I made a backup ftf from PCC using flashtool (I have non branded stock ROM 1.54).
Then I downloaded stock ROM 1.54 from http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2020778, unpack both ROMs and use WinMerge to compare them. I expected that all sin files are the same. And they were, except loader.sin.
Just found a nice miui v2 version based on CM7.
Before flashing, I firstly Divided my SD card by this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki...d_partitioning
I was prepareing to flash Xperia T this ROM so I had flash this Kernel: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...ght=ktg+kernel
And then I flashed this FTF: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2023504
When I starting to flash this ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show..
Hi I have tried out a custom kernel and now I would like to return to stock.
I got the stock jro03c rom on my device but I have only managed to find the "stock-jrn84d-nexus7-kernel.zip" in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1775798
If its the same as the jro03c kernel I might as well use that. I just want back to stock so I can get my OTA´s like normal.
