http://forum.xda-developers.com – hey guys hope someone can help. i tried to return my gs3 to stock after rooting it and putting a rom on it, so i used odin and i downloaded the stock tar file from the stock rom thread, and all seemed to go alright but when it rebooted in got stuck on the samsung screen. it shows the sprint bootup thing and galaxy s3 but then gets stuck on samsung screen. i can access download mode and i can install a custom recovery using odin but when i try to just flash a regular custom rom using custom recovery it does the same thing, it boots but gets stuck on samsung screen. hope someone can help, tha (HowTos)

Stock restore not working fully 12 weeks 3 hours ago

So, before flashing custom ROMs, I made a stock rooted restore, recently I tried restoring to it, and it went successful, until it wants to boot.. I'm just stuck at a black screen. Only able to access recovery. Forced to flash back a custom rom =/ couldn't even get to the sprint boot animation. Anyone know how to fix the boot issue?

Hello, i have flashed through Odin the stock ROM, Odin says everything is allright but when the phone reboots it remains stuck on the Galaxy S2 splash screen. What can i do?

I installed CM10 unofficial and had signal issues and lost LTE so I wanted to go back to stock rooted. Flashed root66 via Odin and now my phone gets stuck at the 4g LTE bootscreen. I have tried everything to flash a recovery, but so far nothing has worked. I am able to access downloader mode and it says my phone is samsung official but custom and 1 flash count. What should I do now?

I've gotten a warranty replacement for my samsung charge and went to ODIN flash it back to EP4D per tweaked's 2.2's recommendation. After attempting the following the phone does not boot. I can get the phone into download mode, but cannot access any recovery mode.

When i flash the stock rom using odin, the stock recovery works. but then, when i update the CWM to any version, the recovery stops working. It stops on the samsung galaxy ace screen which is the 2nd screen, with a small yellow dot on top left. i am not able to flash any rom.

Installing this when coming from a custom ROM: 1. Boot in recovery and do a factory reset/wipe cache/wipe dalvik 2. Boot in download mode 3.

can't flash rom using cwm 39 weeks 12 hours ago

I can install stuff via odin easily but not via cwm.

tried now like 10 diff roms and no bonus :(

1) I install stock + cfroot with odin. 2) boot to recovery + full wipe and try to install custom rom. 3) installation begins.. lasts like 20-30seconds and phone is in tilt. It gets stuck on different screen (depends on rom) usually on kernelversion screen.
