http://androidforums.com – Hi every one, we are 2 pensioners with new samsung galaxy 3 phones, got today (trying to keep up with technology), any how husband has been trying to set up the phone we got as far as trying out a sim card from old phones and have cut the sim down to micro size but phone will not recognise the sim and now also phone has stopped working I.E not booting up properly to get into any of the system!! it seems blocked somehow BTW it is sim free phone. can any one help us out please getting deperate. red poppy :mad: (General)

okay first off, sorry but i'm not so tech savvy so you'll probably get a bucket load of stupid questions from me.

but i just got a samsung galaxy proclaim, i think, from straighttalk about a month ago. and it came with a 2g micro sd card. but i keep alot of pictures on my phones because computers aren't always available.

How do I program my phone to automatically save images from the net or music onto my new. 16GB micro sd card.?

I've formatted the sd card properly but things keep saving onto samsung galaxy s3.

There's an icon labeled "my files" and not sure which one is the micro sd. There is the ex sd card & an sd card.

I am looking for a brand new: at&t samsung galaxy S2 skyrocket with no scratches on the screen, full functioning operating system.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Prevail model sph-m820 that I got used from a store (no returns on used phones). About an half hour after I got it and my phone number was pluged into it. The phone started acting funky. It took for an ever and a wed to turn on, almost 3 minutes to change screens. Example let's say I click on the calendar from the main menu.

I was looking for update in samsung site then I find that the versions in the site are different then mine. In samsung brazilian site galaxy ace is S5830B and in chilen site is S5830L. I did buy in Chile this phone and now im in Brazil but my phone is S5830M

I want to use official update to this phone and I dont know where is the correct place to download it
