[Help] [GS3] No sound from earphones

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hello. Im fairly new here. My problem is that I dont hear any sound coming out from my earphones. Heres what I tried. Im running JB 4.1.2 Sotmax v14 rom. - 2 different earphones. No sound - Accessibility > Disable sounds > unticked - All volumes up. - Turn off, Reboot, clear cache, clear dalvik. - No sound when I tested *#0*# Speaker Whats working: - There is sound when I remove the earphones. - There is sound when I flash a different ROM. So is it possible I have a bad download? I contacted Sotmax and he doesnt experience this problem. Trying to download the ROM again but (HowTos)

1) After install update Ubuntu 10 to 11 version, sound system runs slow, I can't use output on earphones, no sound, only laptop speakers run.

I has trying reinstall alsa, but sound system doesn't known earphones output.

2) I connect by USB port Creative Xmod Xfi, an USB sound interface with input/output/line plugs, its another sound card. Sound System doesn't recognise it.

I'm looking for a way of preventing Ubuntu (11.10) from recording output sound. I'm using earphones to listen to audio and simultaneously recording from a separate microphone, but regardless of what I do, I can hear the audio I listen to on the recording.

My Exhibit 4G will not play any sound through my earphones. It only works if I push VERY hard and it will only work for an instant. Can anyone help please?

Cheap Monster Beats is better than through dre earphones, just as it's title indicates, would wear concerning the mind. This can be a finest variance with the headphones. At night, if I wake up too early, I hear FM radio with my Android phone (HTC G2 / Desire Z) using earphones.

In order to fall asleep again, I reduce the volume to a minimum level.

As the impedance of the earphones is quite low, the sound still is quite loud.

Hello Ubuntu Forums! I have a Gateway FX laptop Mo:W6501. I just recently installed Ubuntu 9.10! I love it! But every time I hook up my headphones(earphones)! I don't hear a thing! I went to the sound preferences and I played with the settings! I don't get a thing! But the sound comes out fine from the speakers on the laptop.

hey, i have been using some old earphones with atrix 2, with no mic support, only for listening songs n all, it worked fine, normal audio n everything.

those earphones got some wiring problems n is not working now.

i got new earphones but those have a mic plus a push press button to maybe recieve calls, when i listen to songs, it gives me different audio, as if the music is playing in some e

i have bought a HTC one X, and i am currently using spotify premium as my music program...

i just have the problem that when i hear music on my phone the sound from the left speaker is louder than the right...

Support No Sound from earpiece 28 weeks 2 days ago

When I make or receive calls there is no sound from the earpiece. The phone is brand new and it has been like it since it was received. If I press the loudspeaker or plug in earphones I can hear the other person OK. I have tried the Factory Reset and that didn't work. All the volumes are on max. Help!!
