I just got an HTC One X, and it's already been rooted. The recovery is TWRP and that's all I know. I'm trying to flash a ROM, but first I need to flash the boot.img, and that's the problem. I can't. There's an automated process, and I followed the steps, got into fastboot usb but the program just sits on waiting for device.
Clockworkmod recovery doesn't work(only get a blank screen after I make my selection), and my phone wont boot.
my phone is now empty, it can only access the recovery (TWRP) and the bootloader.

I'm supporting multiple Android devices from various manufacturers with the same tools (adb and fastboot).
My phone was working fine up until a few hours ago. It had a random reboot and now wont boot past Fastboot / Bootloader. The phone boots to fastboot and hardware controls are unresponsive. However I can boot into the Bootloader by holding my volume down key, but again it becomes unresponsive immediately. Fastboot USB commands seem to be partially working.

Hi, I usually flash a new ROM for my One X in win7 but I'm sick of restarting computer and logging back into windows everytime I want to do something with my One X. Is there a guide or tutorial or can something let me know how to use fastboot / adb for flashing ROMS. When I try for example; "fastboot flash boot boot.img", it just says unknown command.
