How do I change the screen size for when I'm porting a Rom? Like I'm wanting to port a Rom from a phone that's like 4.3 inches to 4 inches.

Motorola is going after the budget market with the DROID RAZR M, but this isn’t a low-end phone. The highlight of this phone is that it features an edge to edge 4.3-inch display with barely any bezel. This means the phone itself is smaller, but still gives you decent screen real estate. Let me show you what I mean.
It’s pretty obvious that handset makers think the bigger the phone, the better. We’ve seen phones slowly climb in screen size, up from 3.5 inches to 4 inches to 4.7 inches, and now even past 5 inches. These bigger screens are fantastic, but it’s easy to see how people who prefer smaller phones may feel a little left out.
Ok I know what many people are going to say , The Motion is the best , The Motion is better and tons awesomer ,
This is what I have to say , I need a phone with atleast a 1 Ghz processor , Half a gigabyte of ram , and less than $170 , the Motion is a great phone but I really need a 3.7 inch screen or bigger for myself , My prefered screen sizes are 3.7,4.8,5.3 inches , But 4 inches is great
After having a note 3 what's the smallest screen you would downgrade to for your next smartphone? I would say after having 5.7 inches no way I would go below 5.2.
I remember being sad when I went from 4.3 inches to 4 inches. The screen was already small but I put features above size. I was under the impression you could buy a physical screen magnifier that you could pop up on the screen.
