Alrighty folks. First post on here.
Recently I've been thinking (a lot) about converting from IOS (iPhone 5) to Android (Possibly Samsung GS3) but have a few concerned thoughts. I'm pretty deep into the Apple Eco system (27" iMac, 13" Air, iPad Mini, iPad 2, 2 x iPhone 5, Apple TV etc) so worried switching to Android will be difficult.
Firstly.
This will apply for all others that use iTunes as well. While searching for pics/vids of the NYC press event tonight, I found this article:
How to sync your Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with iTunes - News - Know Your Cell
Only catch is the music/videos have to be DRM-free. I don't use iTunes, but seems like a great option for those of you that do
Apple fans no fear!
Was you expecting a bigger screen?
Maybe a faster processor?
A bit more stylish?
More improvements to the OS?
And so on.
Well there is a solution!
Step one. Buy and iphone. (Any will do I used iphone 4)
Step two. Buy a high end Android phone. (I used Galaxy S3)
Step three. Get some araldite.
Step four. Cut the back of the iphone off using a hacksaw
Step five.
Hey everyone,
I'm Ryan, 24 years old from Philadelphia PA. I'm very tech savvy and the owner/ founder of many websites & online businesses.
Since the day the iPhone 3G came out, I've always been with apple and loved it and have always purchased the new phone up until the 5 (did not get the 5).
I currently have an iPhone 4, but I've seen the Galaxy S3 and can see that it is a lot better than the iPhone in many ways. I'm due for an upgrade with my carrier so I was thinking of switching to the S3 / Android platform, but I'm a bit worried to switch for some reason. I wonder things like - will the S3 be laggy, will it be reliable and easy enough to use, etc...
Hello Android people.
I recently converted to android at the end of 2011. I had been a Windows Mobile user for a couple of years and a Palm treo user before that. Was using a Palm Treo before the first iphone ever came out. All I can say is WOW! I love my new phone. It took some getting use to the onscreen keyboard but i am getting there.
First Android for me is a Samsung Galaxy SII.
Hello to all! Im crxx and I come from the Apple side. Ive had iphone 3Gs, 4, 4s, and the 5 since launch day. I sold my iphone5 a couple days ago to try out this Samsung galaxy note 2. I wanted to try something different and so far I really like it. This is my first time with an Android device. Its really different and I'm learning more about it everyday.
Should I stick with Iphone and get the 4s or get an android. If I stick with Iphone I am going to get the iphone 4s since my Iphone 4 contract ended. Android is good looking and everything but it doesn't have that iphone stuff that I am more used to and I would have to rebuy all my apps and some apps that I use aren't in the android market place.
Hello.
I will be upgrading from an iPhone 4 to either an iPhone 5 or Samsung Galaxy S3 or Galaxy One Note
I've been an iPhone user since the version 3 came out in 2009. I love the iPhone but I can't stand Apple Draconian policies and restrictions.
