I don't know any language whatsoever, and am hungry to learn programming. The main reason for this, is because i have a passion for mobile development, and want to learn to build android apps, software, etc, and hopefully become proficient.
I am a medical doctor by proffession and have absolutely no programming knowledge. I have always wanted to learn to program apps and have a lot of ideas for some. I was wondering if anyone knows a good web resource to learn how to program android applications. How long should it take me to learn the language and be able to develop intermediate applications?
