In an idle moment last week had a search on Distrowatch for nominally "British" distros, and discovered SolusOS.
I like it very much. I think the Live Distro has a good selection of apps, and the default Desktop theme is good.
I particularly liked the inclusion of Wine in the Live Distro.
Hello,Cloudstone! Welcome aboard I'm assuming that you know How to add a kernel boot option in GRUB menu! if so, then remove "quiet splash" and Add "nomodeset" and " nouveau.noaccel=1" without the ""!. then hit Ctrl+x to bootto the modified grub entry.
In the US in 1974 (or so) someone in the government decided that the use of seatbelts in cars was so important that cars should not start unless all aboard had their seatbelts fastened first. The system to do this was called "interlock." It didn't last long.
