Hello,
on the stock Jelly Bean ROM, for now for Google Now to be able to speak, we need the Xoom to be set in English language (both the Android menus and the Google Now language).
If we choose French or Spanish as the Jelly Bean language, and change the Google Now language to French or Spanish, then Google Now does not speak anymore.
As the stock ROM does not have the "download language pa
Okay, so using my dad's tab 10.1 2 today, I noticed it can no longer search anything but the web with the Google quick search bar! Looking on the market, I see that the app no longer shows up. I know Google had to change some stuff concerning this for the galaxy nexus, since apple sued Samsung over it, but did the galaxy tab also get a "fix"?
I'm still waiting for my Note 2 to arrive to a local store. I'm so stoked about it I can't help but to refresh google page with the words "Galaxy Note 2" with search timer on last 1 hours to see if there's anything new.
So, I got into thinking, how many of you Note 2 users tend to always use the S-Pen for what you're doing or do you use fingers as well?
Hi, a couple of days ago I bought the HTC One X and yesterday I was playing with Google Search. Everything was fine and I was surprised it even talked back. Today, however, it's not talking back to me anymore. I have read all threads about this problem on all forums and nothing seems to work.

Hi,
I am new to the forum and did a little research on it first before asking this question. I've seen some questions of a similar nature but not one of the same unless I missed it - been searching all morning!
I've purchased a HDC Galaxy S3 phone from China and it does not have the English UK Language on it. It has English US which is no no use to me, It does not have a dictionary either.
Its no great secret that Android users are spoilt for choice when it comes to high-end handsets in early-2013 alone, theres the Sony Xperia Z, HTC One, LG Optimus G Pro and, now, the Samsung Galaxy S4 to choose from. But you dont have to shell out £500 to nab a top-notch smartphone, as 2012′s über-capable and eminently affordable Google Nexus 4 proves.
I have set the default language to Serbian and it hence the login page is now in Serbian Cyrillic.
However today I logged out and when Iogged in everything had reverted to US English.
I normally use LXDE but I logged into Gnome and that is now also in English.
I don't understand what I changed but keyboard crashed just before (which is why I logged out).

Self explanatory topic title really. I much preferred the guy's voice to the now American woman. Any ideas? All input and Google Voice Search settings are set to English -UK.
