Here is my issue, I have an ATI Radeon 5850 Video Card. I want to run three monitors, Currently I have tried using two DVI ports plus the Display Port (DP) with an HDMI adapter. The adapter is a Rocketfish RF-DP49402. I have tried ever possible combination to get this to work.
My HP Envy 4 Sleekbook has an HDMI port as its only video output. The graphics card is an Intel integrated card. My 20" monitor has only DVI and VGA inputs. If I use a DVI cable with a DVI > HDMI adapter on the laptop's end, multi-monitor works fine.
This past week I decided to upgrade my Galaxy Tab 2 to a Galaxy Tab 4 running KitKat 4.4.2. I love the idea that it has an 11-pin port for charging - so tired of that 30-pin plug And, it's faster, and sweeter all around. Unfortunately, I can't display my tablet's screen on my television. I have no trouble with this configuration on my Samsung Galaxy phones (S4 & S5).
I have both a genuine Samsung MHL adapter and the S2 mhl adapter with the 5pin to 11pin converter and I've seen both of these work on other phones.
However, I can't get my video out working on my S3. Both of them connect and bring up active charge and indicate onscreen that "HDMI cable connected". So I know the adapter and cable is being detected but no signal on HDTV.
Trying to use the HDMI port on a PNY GeForce 550 Ti video card. Connected the mini HDMI adapter to the HDMI cord which is attached to the TV. However, the display does not show up in the Nvidia settings. Any suggestions?
I'm having some issues getting a video signal from my Droibox Ace. Just doing straight HDMI-to-HDMI at 1080p to my LG TV seems to work fine, but I have a Dell WFP2407 Monitor connected to the Droibox using a HDMI-DVI cable.
