HD "has some bad sectors"

http://chakra-project.org – That's what SMART says about my HD; "reallocated sectors count" (16 sectors). Last time I lost 500GB, and this disc is older. I'd like to prevent an accident. What should I do? Is there a way to "repair" these bad sectors? Are they dangerous? Should I replace my disc?edit: sometimes everything turns slow, and in some processes there's a message like "disc sleeping". Opening a tab or running an application could take up to 10 seconds.
