Microsoft is already screwing it up. Microsoft can’t win. Windows 8 is sunk. Seriously: to read the headlines this last week you’d think Microsoft wasn’t still one of the premier tech manufacturers in the world.
The Fedora Project team has announced the beta release of its Linux operating system, Fedora 18, code-named Spherical Cow.
After numerous delays, Fedora 18 Beta has finally made it to the masses. This is very important for Red Hat Enterprise Linux as Fedora is the upstream version that implements all the future changes in RHEL.

I desperately need to install Windows Live Writer.
I previously Installed Writer in my xp system.
But now, after formatting my XP, I can not Download the Windows Live Installer in my computer.
The strange thing is that I can’t not even access any Microsoft.com pages.

I just accidentally "suspended" Fedora, waited for all the lights to go out (and then some) and restored power to find neither of my HDs (Windows 7 & Fedora 16) would boot. In addition, pre-boot screens had screwed up graphics. Shut it down, tried again, same thing. Unplugged system for about a minute, and tried again. This time no screwed up graphics, so booted into Windows.
