I know a lot of Sprint customers are wondering when LTE is coming and more importantly, will it be any good? PC Mag was able to do an exclusive test in the Atlanta, Georgia area using an LG Viper and compared them to AT&T and Verizon.
They found Sprint’s network to be much faster than it’s curent WiMAX network, which isn’t shocking, but not as fast as AT&T and Verizon.
Before I had Android I had Verizon, AT&T, Cricket and Helio and got screwed by every single company in way or another and generally found customer service extremely unpleasant to deal with. In mid 2011 I met my boyfriend who worked for Sprint at the time. Through him I was introduced to the EVO 4G and fell in love with it and signed up with Sprint.
Hello,
Is there a way to force my galaxy s3 on to sprint?
I know normally people want to do the reverse. The problem is where i sit in the building( i work in a converted mall) i get crap verizon signal but other people who have sprint have better signal.
I found an app that will do it called roam control but its for sprint phones only and i dont want to buy it if it doesnt work.
The lack of enthusiasm/participation in this thread about this phone is really making me lean towards getting the Note 2, but I still think it's worthy of discussing the details that were revealed today.
Sprint, AT&T getting LG Optimus G
I'm starting this thread primarily to discuss the Optimus G on Sprint.
i bought first galaxy note 2 from sprint and relized its only coming with 3G speed which sucked too slow. today i switched to Verizon Samsung galaxy and first thing i noticed; there is no earphone.
then OS is diffrent then other galaxy notes (which is same as galaxy s3) so i cannt download some apps from samsung app store...
did anyone else know this?
so I just moved to a place where sprint doesnt have 4g service and I know that verizon has 4g service in this area is there anyway i can make my sprint htc evo 4g lte to use the verizon towers so i can have 4g again :/ please help!
On the heels of the Samsung announcement that the Galaxy Note II will be available on AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular, Sprint just issued their presser, but didn’t specify a release date or pricing.
PLEASE...I need help in the worst way. LOL
I want to purchase Sprint EVO 4G phones for my two sons who are currently with Virgin Mobile. I love Virgin service and don't want to switch carriers but THEY really want these phones. The EVO's on the V-Mobile site are way too costly so I was trying to find a sweet deal on E-bay.
I heard this was possible... Is it?
I'm currently on my parents plan and have unlimited data and don't plan on losing it. I use about 10 gb a month, so taking the hit or switching to tmo and getting throttled is not an option.
So if ur on Sprint, how is their service and would you recommend a switch of u were me?
