I have a problem to install Mp4box, in SSH console using and install ffmpeginstaller all process installation has been "Installation of gpac-full-0.4.5.tar.gz ....... Completed" but after restart service i check again i still not complete installation.
I have:
CENTOS 5.8 x86_64
WHM 11.32.2
can anybody help me in this issue? in Centos 5.x node Its working file.
Its not starred, I have tried webuzo .. in webuzo installation its hang on installation process, in turnkeylinux apps temps servies not start, I have also tried Debian 6 Its started in console but when i tried to access in browse its not work I have checked no port blocked in firewall.
With the final coming out soon, I decided to just go ahead and install the RC4. Doing the same thing I did for F15 and F16 (full install/format), I put the dvd.iso on a live usb. This worked without any issues before. With F17, it was a bit more frustrating. I ended up stopping the installation after 5 hours.
Hi everyone, I'm new here and have just installed Ubuntu 11.10, and installed a few applications. I wanted to install the NVIDIA driver which I downloaded from nvidia.com.
Had to stop lightdm for running the install.
Went to tty1 and ran it. It reported one error, "failed to load the pre-install script", Is that serious?
It is possible to replace the Fedora installation with CentOS and leave the Window installation in tact. I mention this only because of the use of "trash", "start over" and &q... [by azjp]
When I re-install man-1.6f-r3 by "USE=+lzma +nls emerge man".
I tried to install Fedora 17 on my old notebook "Compaq Presario F763NR".
It hangs during the reboot for three hours now.
It would show "Preparing machine to load Fedora", and it would stop there.
I set it as dual boot by using Boot Magic. I am able to boot into XP professional, but it would hang when I chose Fedora.
Help is greatly appreciated.
I used a usb stick with the installation iso image to install unbuntu on my older Dell tower. The model is Precision 380 it was being used as server, and before I got it, it didn't have an OS installed. It has a couple of Seagate Barracudas HDs in it.
With a true spirit of adventure and some bravado :D, I have just installed Fedora 18 Beta-TC3-i686 Live LXDE (modified 9 Oct).
I installed to a clean disk and used the whole disk for install.
