GTK+ Appearance is missing in the KDE settings

http://askubuntu.com – So, I reinstalled a plain version of KDE two days ago. (Is there a plain KDE version without all the KDE applications available for Ubuntu? and now the "GTK+ Appearance" options are missing in the KDE settings. (System Settings -> Application Appearance -> GTK+ Appearance). How can I get this setting back? The GTK+ Apps look horrible without it. (HowTos)
