GRUB Problem on dual boot machine Windows 8

view story

http://askubuntu.com – I have Sony Vaio F11 series with Crucial m4 (128GB) SSD. Earlier I had Windows 7 which is upgraded in Windows 8 recently(RTM edition). Windows had 2 partitions 103 GB and 17GB. Last week I Installed Ubuntu 12.04 (32 bit) on 17GB partition with 1GB as swap space. It was working fine with dual boot..Recently I happened to had UBUNTU freezing upon on flash videos and done the cold reboot, later when I had same issue I tried to use MagicKey ( ALt+SysRQ+R+E+I+S+U+B) which restarted the system but I ended up seeing "No Operating System Found".. Assuming problem in GRUB, I used UBUNTU Live CD + Boot (HowTos)
