We heard that this was coming so it shouldn’t be a shocker that it’s officially live. Starting today, in order to post a user review in the Google Play Store, you will have to sign into your Google+ profile. You can look at this as both good and bad. The good is that now people just can’t post any comment without being known, which is going to be great for developers.

I wanted to post short reviews for some Android games and applications, however it looks like I don't have a permission to create a new thread in the right (I guess?) section - Game Reviews...
Google has rolled out an update to their Google Play services, which features some pretty cool new features. Both new maps APIs and Google+ sign-in are features present in the update.
Google+ sign-in allows users to sign in to their applications using Google credentials, which brings along all of their Google information with them for the app.
Without missing a beat, the new Google Play service has launched on Google TV. It was previously mentioned that roll out would occur over the coming weeks but my Google TV received the update immediately after powering it on this afternoon. Google TV came first for once! To me that sort of makes sense given the entertainment centric connotation of Google Play.
