I have to do a signal converter circuit for coursework.
This circuit should transform an sine wave input in a square wave, sawtooth wave and in triangular wave with same frequency, amplitude and Dc offset from the input
The sine wave input could has amplitude varing from o to 2, and it could have a +/- 5 DC offset.
To build this circuit I can use just Opamps, Transistors(Mosfet), and diodes
It happen to be working with rectifiers (full & half wave) I observed that I could get half wave rectified wave transfer from primary of isolation transformer to secondary but couldn't with full wave rectified AC wave (filters not used).
Could someone pls answer it how.
We have been asked to create a Ramp(sawtooth) Wave out of Square wave by using PMOS, NMOS, Capacitor and a Square Waveform. I tried a couple of configuration in LTSpice but to no avail. The hint says capacitor charges linearly but I then how does the voltage go to 0 in a matter of few ns?
Hi guys I am having trouble simulating a full wave rectifier, i just get a dc signal at the output of 8 volts and in the middle there should be a half wave rectifier present, but I just get a smaller amplitude of the input, a sinusoid. Can someone please tell me whats wrong with it, i can't see it.
