Help! The stock camera app stopped working after I used video recording mode and switched to front camera. The camera could still be accessed using third-party camera apps such as Cymera but I like the stock camera app more.
I'm curious to know what your opinion on the best camera app is. I'm getting into video and will be recording a lot of video and may want to use my phone as my main camera. I'm currently on my Moto G and this camera app kinda sucks.
Here are some features that I would like.
The ability to switch between from and rear camera.
Ability to toggle on and off flash while recording.
Hey guys, I need a good camera app for my new OPPO find 7. I flashed a custom rom based on cm I think, and then I flashed g apps. The android stock camera app by Google isn't good. Also, this phone supports 4k video recording which is not there in this camera app. So I need a camera app supporting 4k video recording as well. Please suggest me some apps.

Okay so I've searched all over Google and asked around threads but could not get an answer. So I'm hoping someone can come in here and help me this. I recently switched from the ATT MIUI ROM to the new 4.2.2 ROM and the one thing I noticed about the camera was that it wasn't as good as the MIUI camera. Specifically the video recorder. CM records in DVD and the MIUI recorded in HD+.
Using the CWAC-Camera library, I have created a fragment extending the CameraFragment. I've added an OnClickListener which calls autofocus() whenever the screen is tapped. However, when I start recording a video, I would like to use some form of continuous focus.
Is anyone disappointed with the video camera not being able to record @ 60fps? That's one of the best features on the G2.I would show people my videos and they would be blown away with how smooth the videos looked! Also, my slow motion camera recording looks crazy pixalated! Doesn't look good at all. Many of the camera features are missing too.
