GO Weather EX widget/time zone funkiness

http://androidforums.com – I'm using the stock 4x2 GO Weather GO widget on my home screen. I have three saved cities, Chicago, Austin and Shanghai. In both the app and the widget Chicago and Austin correctly reflect UTC -6. But so does Shanghai, when it should be on China. I have looked at every setting, Google searched the hell out of it, but no joy. Does anyone out there know how I fix this? Thank you in advance!. --tarpy (General)

I have a problem with setting the time on the widget. I live in Chicago (time zone GMT-06:00) and the same information have official weather widget on my tablet. Widget take information where I'm from GPS and this is also Chicago but always I see one hour difference between system time in my right bottom corner and on my weather widget. I mean time on weather widget is not correct. Now I see 08:30

I have both the 7.0 and the 10.1 versions of the Tab 2. The 10.1 didn't have a weather widget on the home screen, but the 7.0 does. I have searched Google Play, but the stock one doesn't seem to be available. I would like to have the same widget on both devices because it has a dual zone clock and weather.

Hey I just got a One X and it seems the weather widget + clock it comes preloaded with won't update my location, I have it set to sync and all gps options are enabled. The weather also won't update on home screen unless I open it up.

Is anyone else having this problem or know how to resolve it? It sux cuz the HTC weather widget is my favorite and for some reason doesn't work correctly :(

Does anyone have a solution of why my weather widget flashes when unlocking my screen? It is really annoying and I hope there is a fix. It is the stock weather widget.

Is it possible or has it been done yet? I mean porting over the htc evo 4g lte clock /weather widget . I just liked the fact if u tap on the clock portion it goes to alarm /time settings and if u tap on the weather it gives u a more detailed forecast. I know the stock TW widget only allows weather clickability thats why.

I just have my S3 and I am a bit disapointed the lack of customizability of some of the stock programs.

S Planner looks good but I miss the sync of my tasks from gmail. Also very limited in gadgets. Weather widget is terrible. how can I personalize it? 1 look, no more only 1 lock screen?

I like the weather widget on the lockscreen, if I remove the weather widget can I stil use it?

Does anyone know if there is an HTC 4x1 weather widget (possibly even in Sense 5?). I'm not crazy about any of the alternatives for a 4x1 forcast widget (weather channel, accuweather, notification weather or weather bug).

Hey everyone, I was wondering if there was a widget that would only display the weather, animated preferred. As you can see in my screen shot, I already have a clock and weather as well as the windy weather wallpaper. What I'm hoping to end up with is a widget that i can place over the clock face to have animated clouds scroll by.
