Hi,
If you don't know, alt+d is used to delete a word forward. But now it is just typing 'd' in the terminal, as if I've not pressed 'alt'
This key combination stopped working since a week, I have done no upgrades/installs wrt to gnome-terminal/gnome package.

I'm having a very annoying problem with gnome-terminal. It works find until I suspend/resume my laptop.
I wrote the following
#!/bin/bash
cd ~/bin/red5-1.0.0
gnome-terminal --working-directory=. -x red5.sh
red5.sh is the script to run (this is java written media server).
My script above opens new terminal but with error message
There was an error creating the child process for this terminal
Failed to execute child process "red5.sh" (No such file or directory)
What can be the cause?

Failed to execute default Terminal Emulator.
Input/output error.
This is strange as I've never had this error before, and haven't done anything on my system that would affect the terminal.

@Trilby: That is what i have done in http://ix.io/3co... Where you see the "Fatal IO error 11" error is when i have tried to start an gnome application. The only terminal i have is the tty2 as gnome-terminal crash.edit: I can run xterm.. but it gives the same info as the xsession-errors i posted above. ;)@tomegun: Cool!
