Gnome Applet Sensors Temps - where is what?

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Installed lm_sensors, gnome-applet-sensors, ran sensors_detect and put the hw sensors applet on my panel. Works great. (Fedora 11 by the way, and a Phenom II X4 965). However, there are no labels on the temp meters, just "temp1", "temp2" and "temp3". Previously, in Fedora 10 and an Athlon X2 7750, the applet had labels automatically: "CPU1" "CPU2" and "System". Can anybody give me a clue here? I want to know how to label the temp meters accordingly. Thanks. (HowTos)

Have you ever gone through the items listed in the "add to panel" option? If not, then you are missing one of the finest GNOME features. It has a great number of some really useful applets. I just ran into one of them, Deskbar applet and believe me, when they say its an "all in one" tool they are not kidding.

I want to display the sensors info for my new built. Asrock 970 Extrem4, FX-8120, Ubuntu 12.04.

I installed Hardware Sensors Indicator 0.2 with Indicator Applet 0.50 Psensor 0.6.2.16 lm-sensors (I run them separately)

CLI lm-sensors install has been done with the commands

Same hardware, newer version of Ubuntu. I used to be able to get hardware temps on my PC in Hardy, but I can't in Karmic. I can't recall if it worked in Intrepid or Jaunty...

Hi to all, after an update, I'm not able to run nm-applet anymore. I'm talking only about the applet for gnome 3 because the connection is working, it's just that I can't see the applet and therefore can't add/remove other networks for example.Can someone help me fix this?

I just upgraded the Network Manager (the daemon, not the applet) to it's most current "stable" version (0.9.2.0-2), once pacman finished, I rebooted the system and my NM applet didn't show up in my tray (I'm using Gnome Shell 3.2.1), then I went to the network connections window, and none of my wireless networks or my mobile broadband profile were in the list, I couldn&#03
