Hi all,
I am using Ubuntu 12.04 with Gnome 3.4.. My problem is that, the events i add in evolution (version 3.2.3) calendar (Both google and local) doesnot show upon gnome shell calendar situated in the top panel... what should i do? My default calendar app is evolution, i checked... please help me...
After having trouble once again with Thunderbird+Lightning after yesterday's updates, I decided to give Evolution a try. I'm liking it so far, but I have the following issue: all the events in my Google calendar which are set as recurrent (say every year, like a birthday) are not showing in my Evolution calendar.
Hi there,I have been trying to sync evolution with google calendar for the last couple of days (not full time, though ).
I'm sure I had the google calendar type in evolution on opensuse 11.2, now I installed a fresh 11.3 and can't find the google calendar type when adding a calendar in evolution.
Am I missing something? is there something more I should install?
Actually, the main reason I use Evolution over Thunderbird is that I like its google calendar integration better then Thunderbird.
My Ubuntu PC and my Gnome calendar are both set to a correct timezone (Australia, Sydney). The default email/calendar client is Evolution, which is set to use the system timezone. The Network time slider shows ON. However, the notifications about my Google calendar appointments show up about 10-11 hours later. I cannot blame Google for that, since email reminders arrive on time.
Hey Team
I have looked all over and found lots of treads on changing what shows up on your phones Calendar but none are quite what im looking for,
what I want is for the Android Calendar to show only the Facebook Events I have accected or not resonded to yet and my standard Google calandar.
What I have tried:
Syncing with all of Facebook: This brings the Events you have accepted and Not answere
I've been getting the "Unfortunately, Calendar has stopped" error.
It happens, well when I use the Calendar lol. I can open it but as soon as I try to do something it closes.
I'm using the Google Calendar, and tried downloading aCalendar but it does the same thing.
This might be the kicker, I removed S Calendar (or is it called S Planner?) from the phone using Titanium Backup...
I created a calendar display using CalendarView xml tag.
I noticed a day or two ago when i opened up my calendar all the events that are in my Google calendar were missing. They are there when i check it from my computer but not they are not on my phone anymore. I have tried resyncing but that hasn't fixed it. Now i am getting an error when syncing. I am using the stock calendar app and have tried a few others and they won't sync as well.
