wxgtk 2.9 is the current development version, and most programs that list wxgtk as a dependency still use the 2.8.12 version. wxgtk 2.9 is listed in the CCR under wxgtk-devel, so this corresponds with arch's two packages.To help with compiling DVDstyler, try installing both versions of wxgtk and see if the configure error persists.
