How To Install SILC on 10.04? 38 weeks 4 days ago

i'm facing problem installing (SILC Secure Internet Live Conferencing) on 10.04 lucid, it says u should go the usual procedure while installing silc but when i reach the "make" step it faces some errors:

make[2]: Entering directory `/home/lucifer/Downloads/silc-client-1.1.8/apps/irssi' make[2]: *** No rule to make target `install'.
