ISC DHCP: dhcpd Denial of Service
ISC DHCP: Denial of Service
The dhcpd.conf file that DHCPD-Server used is defined in the script /etc/init.d/dhcpd. I think you should use /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf.# processname: dhcpd# config: /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.co... [by ourfirst]
Hy every body every where,
I'm with Fedora 19 version.
i've a problem with my dhcp server.
I'm trying to create a backup DHCP server. Server times are in sync. Primary server starts fine. Secondary server won't start.
I recently changed the IP address on an Ubuntu 12.04 server I have in my lab, which is running isc-dhcp-server. After doing so and modifying the dhcpd.conf file, my dhcp service would not start.
I have isc dhcpd v3 serving a local subnet.
I have installed a rogue dhcp server detector (dhcp_probe) which constantly sends dhcp requests.
