I installed Gimp 2.8 via the bundle manager and tried to start from the 'Installed Bundles' start-icon and also received the error messages. Then I started Gimp from the kickoff menu and Gimp starts.I have a fully updated system and I ran pacman -Syu prior to installing.Screenshot is as it installed, i.e NOT single window mode.
Yes, probably. Anyway, I remember I once helped a user set up Gmic with its GIMP bundle, it was working just fine.So my question is: you're trying to find a way to install Gmic at all, or you would like to see this automated?
I can replicate here on testing x64, using the gimp-dev bundle.About the error, please leave a comment on the CCR page of the package, it's the best way for the maintainer to be informed.
I've installed the 64bit version of Chakra using the 2012.07 iso (full). I have set my system language to Greek (el_GR). The first time I start a bundle program I get a message that "a xx MB hard disk cannot be mounted" but the program starts normally and working as it should.
GIMP 2.6.9 is released. For newbies, GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. As you can infer from the name, GIMP is completely open source and is also free as in free beer. GIMP is pitched as the open source alternative for Adobe Photoshop. GIMP is cross platform and yes, GIMP has a Windows version also.
I have a question; I have Gimp installed on my laptop but it will not start the error I'm getting is "gimp error while loading shared libraries: libgegl-0.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".
I have had Gimp running before but for some reason it won't now.
I have re-installed it and it didn't help.
Any please.
