http://www.linuxandlife.com – Nitrux OS was just uploaded on Gnome-look but it already has a very high rating. According to the author, Nitrux OS will be the default icon theme of the upcoming distro with the same name. The download file is very light, around 2.5 MB but it consists of 5 different sets and all are very awesome. Potenza was updated on Gnome-look two days ago and this icon set has been rated positively.

I just have installed Ubuntu 12.10 (fresh new installation) and installed an icon theme pack - Nitrux Icons - and everything is fine, except the battery icon in the system tray. Here's the icon with the charge adapter unplugged:

And it looks fine - that's the real icon.

Hello everybody,I'm trying to figure this out but I can't by myself.

Two new icon sets just got uploaded to Gnome-look recently. Both are from the same artist.

The first one is OSX-Nostalgie, a combination of the style of Mac OS X and the style of Ubuntu. Here are the screenshots of OSX-Nostalgie:

The other new icon set is Ubuntu Style. The design has the same style as OSX-Nostalgie.

Malys-Uniblue currently is one of the highest rated icon sets on Gnome-look (its score is 80%) and last week, a new version of this beautiful icon set has been released. This time, the color theme is black, hence the name is Malys-uniblack.

With many great artworks, mostly GTK themes and icon themes, Johny Malys is one of the most prolific artists on Gnome-look.

i tried this: apt-get install ubuntu-desktop but i got this error:

Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/gnome-icon-theme/gnome-icon... Connection failed

then i tried to install gnome-icon-theme by myself,but i can't find the 10.10's gnome-icon-theme in http://pkgs.org/download/gnome-icon-theme :(
