Anybody know of an application that will let me connect video clips together, with no minute limits or anything? I've got 3 video clips that I want to connect together to make 1 video.
Can anyone recommend a quick and easy application to trim video clips without any messing about rendering or transcoding? I've got a load of video clips from an action camera (hang gliding!) but on each clip there's a few minutes of messing about at the beginning and end of the clip that I'd like to get rid of. I can't find a quick and easy way to just trim these few minutes off.
LiVES mixes realtime video performance and non-linear editing in one professional quality application. It will let you start editing and making video right away, without having to worry about formats, frame sizes, or framerates.
A video editor allows you to handle post-production video editing which typically involves arranging, cutting, pasting, trimming, and otherwise enhancing (e.g., adding various effects to) video clips through the timeline interface.

I am developing an application that merges mp4 clips using the mp4parser library (isoparser-1.0-RC-27.jar and aspectjrt-1.8.0.jar). When two clips are merged, they become a single clip but as more clips are added to it, the output mp4 has it's audio behind the video. If it matters, I am testing on a spectrum 2 with android 4.1.1 running on it.
I'm still in the planning stages of writing this tool, but I have ~20minute video files of motorsport footage that I would like to break apart into ~30-second clips and remove 'dead footage'. The clips are from a camera placed in a fixed location, set to 'record' then a race car whizzing by every 2 minutes or so.
