can anyone with 4.1.2 check something for me...
I have both the Kii keyboard (very good btw) and Jelly Bean keyboard and neither of them are giving me predictions anymore. I press the space bar and the suggestion area at the top of the keyboard is blank. They both still correct words plus give options if I swipe they just aren't giving next word predictions.

My question is, as I'm in the UK, and got the UK keyboard layout K400, I was wondering if there is a setting I'm missing, in relation to having the £ keys on SWYPE Beta.

Ok, I saw a few posts but none of them really helped me. So I pulled the stock ICS keyboard the latinIME.apk and tried to install it on the stock rom because I despise that keyboard. Anyways, I can install it like normal and everything runs fine.
Anyone else have this problem w/ Swype after updating to FroYo?
Upon re-boot, more times than not I loose the ability to "swype" the keyboard. Inputing individual keys continues to work.
Been fancying the new gesture-enabled keyboard that debuted with Android 4.2? There’s no need to fret; the stock AOSP keyboard is now available to download in the Play Store.
This does not require root and works with the stock ICS rom.

This is the new 4.2 keyboard with google's version of Swype. It will work on ICS 4.0 or higher.
You can download the APK and put it on your sd card.
What is the best keyboard layout (in all your humble opinions) for use with the Swype/swipe keyboard? QWERTY keeps letters too far away from each other. I kind of like Dvorak, but has there one been created specifically for swiping?

Im stock unrooted . I am not able to get the Samsung qwerty keyboard in the input method. only the Swype seems to be working . Even if i change it in the settings, it ain't working. The gesture type keyboard comes over . Any solutions please. thanks in advance.
