Hi guys. I use PowerAMP as my music player and I tried the command "Listen to <song name>" via Google Now and the text is heard correctly but it just does a web search. It's like it doesn't recognize the keyword.
Yes, I am running JB. My phone is the SGS3 (AT&T), not rooted. Commands like Navigation etc work, but not 'Listen to' or 'Play'.
I have both Google Play music player and Amazon MP3 Player downloaded on my Spectrum. I know I put Amazon on there, but don't remember putting Google on there (not really relevent?). Anywho, I've only downloaded one album through Google Play, and about a thousand songs through Amazon.
Okay., I rarely buy songs from Google Play store. But yesterday I decided to buy one. I paid for it and it downloaded and put it in my music file. I go to the gym to work out. The gym where I go has a dead spot. No cell service or data. So I put it in airplane mode. I go to the play the song I bought from the play store and it will not play. WTH!
I am not the biggest fan of the Google Music Manager...uploading new songs from iTunes via playlists always is slow or non-functioning. Unfortunately, this is the portal to uploading songs to my Galaxy Nexus so I'm truly at the mercy of the Music Manager.
Today, my headache resides somewhere in the space between Google Play and my Nexus.
I am working on music player which plays audio stream from URL.
My problem is when I move seek bar position back the again it starts buffering but in reality it should be able to play old buffer data when I move seek bar to previous position.
Suppose I have reached 50% of song length and if I move back say to 30% it again starts streaming.
I do not know how to handle it.
Again I am explaining:
I
I like the idea of Google Play Music, especially the part that lets it upload any new music I add to my computer library. I know I can make the music available on my N7 for offline play. I don't like the Google Play Music player. I tried to adjust the volume, but I guess the only way to do that is to use the volume control on the tablet itself.
When playing a song in the music player, it will play every song(118) in memory before it stops running.
I looked in all the settings and can't find a way to just play one song and stop.
The only way to totally stop it is to go to settings>applications>running>music player>tap stop, otherwise the player is in the notification bar running sitting on pause, there is no stop button!
You might be thinking, doesn’t Google Play Music already stream my own music back to me? Yes it does but now it does it in a way that has a few hidden bonuses. Not only does matching the music in your collection with music in Google’s library mean all of your music will be played back at 320 kbps, it also eliminates the need for the long upload process.
Hi everyone. I had a RAZR MAXX before and recently just left my Samsung S2. I really liked that both of those devices used a standalone music player that didn't stream music, and stored it all on the internal device or the SD card, and played straight from there. This new RAZR MAXX HD doesn't utilize that anymore, and uses Google's Play Music, which sucks.
