General Question on Swap

Anyone using a credit card to autopay each month, coming to the Evo from another phone (phone swap), have you noticed anything strange with the billing that occurred when you made the changeover?

I attempted to swap phones inside my internet account, selected the new more expensive plan, then the activation failed and we had to start over again on the phone with VM tech support (as did everyone

I bought an htc evo 4g today and tried to swap it on the net and it made me upgrade from 25$ to 35$ a month so I added the money and tried to upgrade but it told me to call support. I called and the lady said it was fixed and I could swap the phone now that my account was upgraded. So I look at my account and it got boosted an extra month and still had the remaining 35$ in the account.

I did a buddy upgrade on my wife's line to get the Galaxy Note 2. My wife just has a regular flip phone and doesn't want a smart phone. That being said, the Galaxy Note 2 arrives today sometime. I have a Galaxy Nexus right now. Could I just swap the SIM card in the devices and be up and running or do I have to call Verizon and swap phones?

hi i have a samsung sch-r720 (metro pcs) and here is my question... i called metro pcs and they told me that the handset was blocked. i have another samsung slider phone with a clean esn that has a broken screen. is there any way to swap the esn/meid numbers for one phone to the other?

I have a co-worker who suddenly can not connect to her Exchange account via her phone. It mysteriously stopped syncing emails on Dec. 5, and since then the phone can not connect to the server.

When setting up an Exchange account the Galaxy S3 goes into the Emergency Calls Only mode - every time. Credo sent out a new phone, but it does the same thing. I have reverted back to my Sanyo Vio phone and can access Exchange just fine.

I am a idiot and didn't purchase insurance on my phone and I broke my lcd screen. I have a friend with a razr who had the insurance. My question is if I took the screen out of her phone then turned her phone into her insurance would there be any way for the insurance to find out what we did? Also are the lcd screens for the razr and the maxx the same?
