Has anyone noticed that since the most recent update to 4.2.2 that when the tablet awakes, even though I'm used to a certain degree of lag, is excessively laggy after waking up?
Gmail used to be the main aggressor of the lag with 4.1.2 but I could deal with it. Now once I turn it on it remains laggy for a good 10-15 minutes until gmail finally syncs.
I have been looking for a new alarm clock, one that is smart and will wake me up when I am not in a deep sleep at all. I looked on Google play and found some apps that do just this. But most, if not all of them require me to start the app, and leave the tablet on all night. With the screen on, but dimmed to a low point.
Hi everyone! For those that do not know I have been spearheading the cyanogenMod nook color project. I am looking for information on the custom firmware being developed here, whether we are developing Android 4.1 builds and whatnot.
I would like to know if there is any github repos on the nook color tablet being maintained, and how kernel development is going.
I just bought this tablet on ebay. Specs and price were good. I received it yesterday and user manual is in such poor English that much of it doesn't even make sense!
Is anyone familar with this device?
Since the Google Nexus 7 tablet was made available at Google I/O only a few days ago, some attendees (or others who have managed to get their hands on one) have been very busy.
Amazon is having a crazy deal on this tablet. The skymap alpha 2 7" tablet.
I've connected my tablet to my PC (with Kies installed in it) thru USB, but the pc doesn't recognize it. I tried plugging the tablet to another PC (without Kies), and it didn't detect the tablet either. Two days ago, it was still working well, as i have been able to transfer files between them.
Fusion Garage is shipping a the Linux-based tablet formerly known as the CrunchPad. Rights to the & JooJoo& are still being legally contested by TechCrunch, which claims to have co-developed the device, but the 12.1-inch tablet is available anyway for $500, complete with a 4GB solid state drive (SSD), WiFi, Bluetooth, and a nine-second boot-time....
