http://androidforums.com – I have had my Commando rooted since new (M080) and use Titanium Pro for managing the apps, but for some reason, even with as many apps moved to the SD card as possible, I still have a memory issue on the phone. Here is how it read in TP. System ROM - 314 MB (124 Free) - That one is OK Internal - 419MB (48.0 MB Free) - Not OK and I have moved every app and program to the SD card SD Card - 7.93 GB (6.34 GB Free) - Plenty of room! Not sure what else I can move to SD or a way to clear up the internal memory. I cleaned the Dalvik cache too! Any suggestions on where to go next? (General)

Hello guyz,

I have a "rooted" micromax A44, an mtk based phone loaded with gb. Yes, It hs very low internal memory (a mere 170mb dedicated for user apps nd its data). There are no roms nor a recovery available. So im at my wits end. I tried these to overcome the problem.

1. changed internal apps (system) into user ones using Titanium Backup and moved them to sd card.

Hi Iknow plenty has been said about this subject but I have completed the following but still get message not enough space: Partitioned SDcard Downloaded both link2sd and Titanium backup Moved and lnked all apps to sd LINK2SD tells me only link2sd on internal Power tuner working Storage info as follows INTERNAL total 146MB! used 128MB!

I have an LG -E405 phone running Android 2.3.6.

As can be seen here, the phone has 1GB internal memory and 384Mb RAM.

When I look at default App manager, this is what I get,

RAM - 231Mb System Memory - 157 Mb. Internal Memory - 378Mb. SD Card - 2Gb.

Also, all the applications I install, by default take up space from System memory.

New to the forums and I'm sure this question has been asked loads of times so my apologies. I did trek back a few pages but couldn't find an exact answer, or it was too technical for me to understand!

Hi, I have a weird problem with my S2 running samsung stock ICS 4.0.3. i have been using sgs2 for over a year now and whenever my free internal storage goes below 2.5GB i move the apps to SD card. But now No. of apps in SDcard has hit the Android limit so i simply delete the Apps. But off late that is not freeing up my internal memory.

Short story from last couple months. Gmail never updated. Sort of liked that. Then it was impacting work. Figured out it's an internal memory issue. I have had to remove any extraneous apps, widgets, etc. Still with memory problems... Most Google apps eat up a ton of memory. I moved everything possible to the SD card.
