this application is for you.

Hi. I just started using go sms and I like it a lot except for one thing. It does not seem to have a tone for delivery reports. I don't mean a tone when the sms is sent but a tone for when it it delivered. I know that it has the report and I have it on however it would be convenient to have a tone too. Is there a setting that I don't know of where I can set it?
Thanks
Hi, hope you can assist with this annoying issue....
I tend to leave Galaxy Ace mob switched on for several days at a time (use it as an alarm clock) obviously recharging when required.
However, after some time the text/notification tones are replaced by a single pulse type tone, which you can bearly hear.
I go into SOUNDS on settings and attempt to change it, but you don't get the "sampl
Anyone give me a pointer on how this is done?
Set one as my ringtone but a little trouble setting as message tone??
I would like to put a personal message alert tone on my HTC Desire C phone. When I sync my phone to my computer, the files that show up are; Android, DCIM, Download, and LOST D.IR. After tinkering a bit, I was able to put the music on my phone but it would only be set to a ringtone. Where as I want it set to a message alert. Is there a way for me to do this? Do I need a SIM card?
I have an Android app that plays a notification ringtone (RingtoneManager.TYPE_NOTIFICATION) when certain events are sent to a BroadcastReceiver.
The code that plays the ringtone basically does:
onReceive(Context context, Intent intent)
{
...
Uri ringtoneUri = someFunctionToLookupAValidNotificationRingtoneUri();
...
Ringtone tone = RingtoneManager.getRingt
Hello. Before I got my Android handset, I had a Samsung Eternity II which is a messaging phone and runs a proprietary (Samsung) OS. I'm interested in retrieving a notification sound from the phone to put on my current device and I haven't been able to find it anywhere. On the phone it's simply called "Message Tone 1" I believe.
My Galaxy Nexus finally got the JB update. I love everything about it thus far, except one thing: It seems when I get a text message while in the default application, it'll play my selected ringtone as it would from ICS, but the one key, and very annoying difference is, I cannot stop the tone from playing.
Step 1~ Open: "settings"
Step 2~ Click: "sounds"
Step 3~ Click: "volume"
Step 4~ ...from that point, you would see 4 options (volume, media, etc/ringtone/notifications/ and system)...Click the ringtone option and slightly readjust the tpne until the volume tone options relight...
Step 5~ you can now readjust the volume/media tone to your preference...
