Samsung galaxy s2 charging problem. Despite trying 2 new batteries, a new car charger, a new mains charger, replacing the charging slot on the phone, i am still having charging problems, particularly charging in the car (important as i am a london black cab driver and i use a gps app to otain work; been using this app about a year).
So I came to egypt to visit family about a week ago. My charger is 110v n here they use 220v..
Hi
While I'm driving I'm using Waze for navigation, and the device is also connected to my in car multimedia unit via BT as a phone.
I'm connecting the device to the car charger, and getting the charging icons, so it is actually charging the device.
BUT... it seems that the charging is too slow. The percentages of the battery is going down, instead of going up.
I have this s2 epic 4g touch and i LOVE it. The problem is i am a heavy use r and the battery life isn't so great even with the low brightness, the app killer and the battery saver i still end up charging it twice a day. So i would like to get an external charger and a spare battery for it i don't want to buy a cheap Ebaybattery that is going to break.
Hi people, well i had a quick look using good old google to see if i could find out a solution for my problem but i couldnt, so here goes.
Can anyone else tell me if they have any issues charging the sony xperia using an adapter other than the one supplied?
I have one that I use for everything, iphone, kindle, garmin watch, sansa mp3 player.

So one day, I was left at my friend's house without my normal, Sidekick Charger.
My friend had an HTC Sense charger and it seemed to fit my Sidekick, and without thinking twice, I used it for the night.
My phone charged ti 100% and I unplugged it and used it throughout the next day.
We have all heard of battery saving techniques to get our phones to last the entire day, but my question is in regards to charging strategy...
More specifically, is there a 'best practice' for charging your battery?
Is it best to let it get down real low before putting it on the charger? If so, is it best to leave it on the charger until it fully charges?
