Releasing so many phones they cant keep up with the update process. They continue to release phones on outdated firmware it's absolutely ridiculous. Why the hell are they even releasing THAT many phones? Seems like sony must beat samsung in the no. of phones made.
Recently, Sony came out with yet another Xperia smartphone - the sony xperia. This is a PlayStation certified device, which means that it has access to some PlayStation games. The smartphone has been projected as an entertainment device by Sony, emphasizing its music/video playback, faster processor and gaming capabilities.
Good news for Sony, bad news for HTC. The latest figured show the Xperia manufacturers outselling HTC over the past summer in the UK. Sony moved 500,000 Android phones compared to HTC’s 440,000.
There was a time when Sony defined mobile. Its products, along with wares from partner Ericsson, were the very best looking and performing mobile devices. But that was a decade ago. Sony hasn’t been part of the mobile conversation since before Apple crashed the party and it never picked itself up in the aftermath. But it seems Sony might be back.
By now we all know that the Sony Xperia GX (SO-04D), that is getting ready to release in Japan very soon, will be making an international release under the Sony LT29i model number and is codenamed, “Hayabusa”. The phone looks almost identical to the Sony Xperia GX with only a few signs that the device is different.
With Sony’s first 4G phone being debuted at CES in the Xperia Z, they plan on releasing plenty more 4G this this upcoming year. John Featherstone, the head of Sony’s mobile business operations in Oceania reportedly said that “Around 8% of our phones for 2013 will be 4G…all of them around the mid- to top-tier devices.”

I picked up a Sony Xperia ZL this morning.
I happen to also have a HTC One (friend's phone - had for the morning just to see If I wanted it before deciding on the ZL) and Note II in my possession currently.
I've also owned the HTC One X, Nexus 4, One S, Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy SIII, Xperia S, HTC Raider LTE and Xperia T in the past - So I've got experience with most of the newest phones -
I'm sick to death of my iPhone.
