General Does the Dinc2 have the same reboot loop issue the orig has?

http://androidforums.com – I am going to be leaving VZ and going to Page Plus and have an original Dinc that does the whole reboot loop thing. Wife and I both need new phones, and I really, really liked the Dinc up until it became almost unusable. Wondering if the newer Dinc2 has the same issues that people are starting to see? Wondering if it's a problem with HTC or what. The other option was a Motorola X2, which I don't like because it's much bigger. (General)

Hi all! I've been out of the Android loop for a few years...I won't say where I went. ;)

I just bought my sister a nice used Dinc2 from Craigslist. Since she's only 14 and all she knows how to do on her phone is get on facebook and text, I wanted to get her on the latest version of Android for the Dinc2, which I thought was ICS.

Maybe I'm crazy (don't answer that), but I'm seriously thinking about switching back to my Dinc2 from the Rezound. After using the Rezound for several months, I'm just not that crazy about it. Sure, its bigger and has 4G, but everything about it - flashing ROMs, S-On/S-Off, this radio, that radio - is so COMPLICATED. The Dinc2 is just so much easier.

Hey I have the Nitro rooted with the stock rom. I was having a problem with the screen flashing on and off at random times and sometimes it seemed to reboot on its own.

I had this battery app and the developer had updated it and said it can fix the issue.

At first I did not give the app root permission but then I did and I did what he said.

Have a question for you.... I have a buddy who just bricked his Dinc. It's been a while since I bricked a phone, last time I did it, it was my Droid X. Bricking the X was a simple fix. All you do is SBF back to stock. But I guess that's a Motorola thang.

So my question is, do you guys have a similar process for the Dinc?

This is a long post, but I need assistance trying to get to the bottom of the random reboot and Black Screen of Death (BSOD) issue on the P93x series phones. Random chatter and dismissals are getting us nowhere, we need some structured approach.

I am considering purchasing a Galaxy Nexus (CMDA) and I am wondering if it suffers from the same battery issues my current Dinc does with the charging overnight and it shutting off at a certain point, then continuing to drain the battery even though it is charging.

Ok I've recently just rooted my phone because I wanted to see emojis. So when I downloaded font installer And used it to reboot, my phone has been turning on and off with only the booting screen (I think that's what you call it). And so I tried restoring it back to factory settings through the recovery Mode, and I reboot it, it does the same thing (in boot loop). PLEASE HELP IDK WHAT TO DO!
