Buyers considering a Google Nexus 7 may want to grab one from the Google Play store thanks to a new offer Google is offering. For a limited time, Google is offering a $25 Google Play credit with the purchase of a Nexus.
I'm 18, and I'm looking to purchase the Nexus 4, but I do not have a credit card. I don't want to ask my parents for their credit card so I was wondering whether or not I can purchase the phone using the Play Store gift cards?
I ordered a 16GB N7 (Christmas present for my niece :-) from Google Play at about 3:30 yesterday, and it's just been delivered at 11:00 - a mere 20 hours later! And there was me worrying I'd better order early in case there was a rush at Christmas.
I think I need to give the N7 an extended test before handing it over :-)
My own Christmas present - an N4 - is still looking doubtful :-(
What happens when one purchases multiple Nexus 7s at the same time? (through Google Play) I bought two together; one for myself, another for my daughter. I received the $25 credit for mine ok, but cannot so with hers. What gives? We tried it through my own account, her account, and even created a new account, all to no avail.
Sorry if this has been covered. I searched but didn't see any recent posts on the issue.
Today is my sons Birthday. We had all his relatives give him Google Play cards because he wants a tablet. He has enough credit for the tablet. When we went on-line to buy it we found out that even though the tablet is sold in the Google Play store, you can't use Google Play credit to buy it.
