Buyers considering a Google Nexus 7 may want to grab one from the Google Play store thanks to a new offer Google is offering. For a limited time, Google is offering a $25 Google Play credit with the purchase of a Nexus.
Through the Play Store or a Chromecast Authorized Retailer, Canadian residents can purchase a Chromecast and net something more. Along with the purchase of Google’s little streaming stick, Canadian customers will get a Google Play credit worth $20 CAD.
Need a new tablet at a great price? The Nexus 7 still holds the title as one of the best overall tablets, even when not considering price. But now through September 30, purchasing the Nexus 7 through Google Play will include 3 months of All Access for free. After that, you must cancel your subscription or pony up the $9.99 per month price.
Not too bad, Google.
I'm 18, and I'm looking to purchase the Nexus 4, but I do not have a credit card. I don't want to ask my parents for their credit card so I was wondering whether or not I can purchase the phone using the Play Store gift cards?
I ordered a 16GB N7 (Christmas present for my niece :-) from Google Play at about 3:30 yesterday, and it's just been delivered at 11:00 - a mere 20 hours later! And there was me worrying I'd better order early in case there was a rush at Christmas.
I think I need to give the N7 an extended test before handing it over :-)
My own Christmas present - an N4 - is still looking doubtful :-(
