I have a zillion pics in my camera gallery. Many of which are private..:D. Is there a way to create folders or sections so that I can move or assign a pic to one or another folder? Maybe an app?

I have several folders of pics that were downloaded via the web and I am unable to move them off my device (Samsung Galaxy tab2 10.1). I can view them in Gallery or QuickPic, but neither program allows me to copy, cut, or move these folders. The folders also do not seem to appear anywhere on the device sd card (sd card0).
Usually I ask questions but today I thought I would post about an app I downloaded this morning.
I couldn't create new folders on my SD card on my android phone which has been winding me up for ages. It would create its own is for whatsapp etc.
Anyway today I found
es file explorer3
Downloaded it free from Google play store and away you go.
I have some manga that are scanned as jpg files. This is a little difficult to explain...So I have the title folder and several other folders in that folder for each volume. When I transfer the title folder onto my tablet only the folders at the end of the directory, or those that only have the jpg files and NOT other folders show up.
Hi all. I have done a search for this but nothing came up. Right now I have it set where all my photos coming from the camera go to my SD card. I have tons of photos as well as downloaded photos and I want to organize them into folders. In my gallery I have separate folders but I can't move any other image folder to my SD card, such as downloaded images, only camera images. Anyway to fix this?
I am very new to android (one day). I have looked around and fiddled a bit myself but cant find and cant do what I would like. I would like to put photos into folder within folders. ie I have a date folder and in that I want to put other folders with photos taken of different subjects on that date.
