GDM no longer starts

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I was trying to fix a pulse audio problem in Fedora 19 (suddenly my USB speakers stopped working) and inadvertently seem to have killed gdm. On reboot, I landed in a bash shell on all 6 TTYs. startx gave me a non-working Gnome 3. I went throught the /var/log/yum and re-installed everything I had removed. This hasn't changed the behaviour. I was able to get back into x by installing xdm, which drops me into Gnome 3 (I would prefer to land in Xfce). [Edit: Fixed this with a .xsession file.) rpm -qa|grep gdm Code: gdm-3.8.3-2.fc19.x86_64 pulseaudio-gdm-hooks-3.0-10.fc19.x86_64 gdm-l (HowTos)
