Whenever I take a picture it's like dipping the Camera in vaseline. Blurry. Is the camera/camera lens user replaceable? What can I do at this point?
The scratches are seen on the camera too. Tried cleaning with a microfiber cloth still no help.

Polaroid announced a few cameras at CES including the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean running iM1836. While we don’t yet know all the details, its interchangeable lens sets it apart from the Samsung Galaxy Camera. The mirror-less body will, with an adapter, be able to use existing micro four thirds lenses and will shoot 18.1-megapixel photos and 1080p video.

I cut down a screen protector to a diameter a little larger than the lens so that all edges remained under the battery cover. I placed the screen protector over the lens with the battery cover off, then reinstalled the cover over top.
