I am looking to create a load balancing server. Essentially here is what I want to do,
I have a public ip address, lets say 1.1.1.1 I have a second public ip address, lets say 2.2.2.2
Here is what I want to happen. I have a website www.f.com point to 1.1.1.1 via an A record.

THE SETUP:
I have an Ubuntu server of Amazon's EC2 with public IP of (ex.) 123.45.67.89
I have set up OpenVPN so that all incoming traffic passes from my public IP through the EC2 server to a local server hosted at an internal IP address of: 10.8.0.1.

I have a two home server VMs set up. Windows 2008 server on port 80 and Centos/Redhat on port 8080. Both have separate godaddy domain name A name records pointing to them. But I cant point both domain to the same IP
I only have 1 wan ip address at home. So one of my domain is forward to my IP:8080.
I have the following setup:
One Windows Server 2012 with an external, static IP address (Name: P).
On that physical server a virtual server is running via Hyper-V (Name: V).
V hosts a secure website (HTTPS).
P has the Remote Desktop Gateway service installed, which also works via HTTPS.
My problem now is that I can't change the port of the RD Gateway, because Windows 7 clients need to be able to
My server has recieved sudden increase in the (read) web traffic, requesting many map image tiles, and apache cannot handle it.
Apache cannot even handle the redirections!
My friends have a Mine craft server with an ip to connect (206.217.128.131:25571). This is obviously not ideal as a true domain name would be more user friendly.
Although I share a VPS with a friend who has a domain name and we even have a site for our server.
I have Windows Hyper-V server and Linux Zen Server, both server have 2 virtual machines, which mean have 6 IP addresses.
I want to know each "IP address traffic usage(in/out)" and traffic control.
Is any switches/hubs recommend for check "IP address traffic usage(in/out)" not "port usage"?
