Hello, Newbie here.
I've been searching posts on how to force apps to SD card on my android phone, but all the instructions are connecting it to a PC and then installing some SDK program. That's all fine and well, but I need to do it on a Macbook. Any suggestions? Obviously I'm not super tech savy, but I'd appreciate a little jargon-free directions.
I have Galaxy Tab S 8.4 16Gb which I installed SanDisk 64Gb Class10 sd card. To save space on internal memory, I move most of the application to SD card by going to Settings ? Application > Application Manager, and move the apps to SD card on by one.
i have had my Samsung sch-s738c since February. i loved it, i still do mostly. one of my biggest problems is the ability to use my external memory. i have one app downloaded that has aloud me to move and save somethings to my sd card. my apps and music and default for everything else i am unable to move. i have tried several different apps that are supposed to work.
I understand that my Galaxy Nexus does not actually have an SD Card, but an SD card folder, right? So for best performance I can move some files, like most downloaded apps, to the SD Card folder. Maybe data files like eBooks, right? Then I get lost. I have downloaded a couple of apps that are supposed to help me move things to the SD Card, but I don't quite get how to move them.
ok my phone is ef'ed up . i installed optimusg3 rom and i was getting force closes on a few things so i wiped and installed it again and the previous force closes were solved but new ones started happening. So i wiped again and reinstalled again but now my phone says that theres no sim card. i took the sim card out and tried it in my wifes phone and it works fine.
