I have Intel i7-2600 CPU. According to specification from Intel this CPU has 4 cores and 8 threads. But my Fedora 16 detects 1 core only, thus 3 cores still missing permanently.

I have fedora 16 32+ bit installed, which occupies the whole hard drive. Whenever I boot my pc I see these following 4 boot options (as part of the boot menu I guess). But I can only boot to the second option below. What are these options?

PyMOL display becomes distorted 3 years 23 weeks ago

I'm running PyMOL version 1.2r2 on Fedora 12 with python2.6.

Only for a second or two will molecular models display correctly in the PyMOL viewer, and then the image becomes distorted. As I rotate the model, it displays correctly, but then almost immediately after I stop moving the model, it becomes distorted again.
