i flashed to 10.1 and now when i go to restore a previous backup, it just says "no files found" and i suddenly have a lot of /0/ folders. how can i fix this?
I've got a friend who got a new Captivate from the US. And he flashed CM10 right after getting it, without making a backup of the efs folder. Now, the efs partition is completely empty, and of course it says "Unknown baseband, unknown imei", etc".
I've looked around, but all the imei restore methods seem to require at least one efs file. However in this case we have none.
I just flashed the latest version of cm10.1 and now i have an R over my signal bar. Can someone tell me how to fix this? This happened once before when i flashed the 12182012 cm10.1 and it took me forever to fix.
Hi, I have a curious issue.
I flashed latest build of CyanogenMod 10 and I'm now unable to connect to wi-fi. I can see wi-fi SSID, I can connect, fill password, then phone says "Connecting..." but then it displays: "Saved. Secured with WPA/WPA2" and I'm unable to really connect.
What is curious: when I restore nand backup to ROM which was working, it is not working now.
I was doing some downloads of ISO's to burn & try on another machine. I went to use FF & it wouldn't open. I thought what the heck, I just use it. So in the process of checking I ran it in a terminal & got this error:
I flashed the mikG rom about 2 hours ago and I was using "My Backup Pro" to restore my apps, data, etc. Everything restored and I rebooted. Well it never rebooted. It won't get past the white "htc evo 4g" screen. I go to recovery and tried to restore with the nandroid back up and it says the sd card is not mounted.
I have flashed CM10 recently with speedmod on my Note
however I found CM10 with speedmod was quite laggy so I flashed another kernel HydraCore v3 instead
the lag was gone, however i found that the ram usage is very high constantly and i couldn't see the ram usage of individual apps (thus unable to find out the cause of the memory problem)
