Had to format my PC so thought I would try out ubuntu. There's just a couple of problems I'm having though.
Flash video.
I have a dual monitor setup, and when I fullscreen youtube or any other flash, with firefox or chromium, then mouse click on the other screen, flash goes back to window mode.
I tried holding down shift, but to no avail.
What can I do?
Fedora 17 64bit.

Hi guys,
I'm using F18 with Chome or Firefox + flash-plugn
Everytime I reproduce a video in full screen it works, but when I click someplace else in the other monitor, fullscreen exits. I'm using 2 monitors.
Can anyone guide me how to solve this?
thanks!
Lucho
I have dual monitors and am addicted to watching tv shows and movies, I like watching in full screen on one side however, when I need to click something I am doing on the other monitor it exits out of full screen.
Is there a way to keep the video in full screen on one monitor and do whatever on my other?
Whenever I go fullscreen on a youtube video, there is a moment of static, then the controls continuously jump all over the screen, and it seems like the player is trying to center the video between both monitors (I have a two monitor system).
Never had any problems watching full screen flash videos with my dual monitor setup (same hardware) in 11.10 or 10.04.
Hallo,
I bought a 26" TFT monitor and want to use it as a second screen for my laptop. So far I was not able to use it as I had it in mind.
Example: From http://www.thedailyshow.com/, I try to watch the most recent episode.
This is a small point, and I can live without a solution, but for aesthetic reasons I would like to find one.
Hello All,
I'm new here. I hope someone will be able to help me out. I need to setup a dual-headed workstation that will be starting one instanse of certain program in each monitor.
I got screens configured. But get errors when running a command for second monitor.
DISPLAY=:0.0 firefox - this runs ok in left monitor
